Edye Udell, Ph.D.
Upper School Chemistry
B.S., Chemical Engineering, Biology, Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Before embarking on her nearly 20-year teaching career, Edye was an environmental science engineer. She taught advanced placement, honors, and regular chemistry classes, as well as honors integrated science at Fairfax High School prior to joining the Westridge faculty in 2003. Edye’s role at Westridge has expanded to include coaching the Science Olympiad team and co-coaching the Rocketry club. She is a National Board Certified Teacher. She is the parent of two Westridge students, Greer in the Class of 2017 and Samantha, in the Class of 2018.
